This is the official website of the British Columbia Impaired Driving Lawyers Association, a private not for profit organization of some of BC's most experienced impaired driving criminal defence lawyers. The purpose of the Association is to create opportunities for members to share information and to assist each other in securing the best results for their clients. The members are lawyers who devote a significant portion of their practice to defending drinking and driving offences such as impaired driving, refusal to provide a breath sample and driving with a BAC over .08mg%. Membership is limited and subject to peer evaluation.
Our goal is to get the best results for our clients. Members of the BC Impaired Driving Lawyers Association are lawyers with significant experience and an excellent success rate in defending drinking/driving charges.
